All of the above is key in order for us to conduct viewings/market appraisals, and going forward until advised otherwise these procedures must be abided by.
No paper brochures will be used at the moment, but will be emailed to you as a pdf along with the video tour if required.
For every property we market going forward, we will be creating walk through video tours, which will be forwarded to any prospective purchaser or tenant before we view. If after viewing the walk-through tour the client still wants to view, we can then arrange the visit in person.
In order to introduce these further safety measures and monitor them, we will initially be carrying out viewings only for buyers and tenants that can actually proceed right now or are close to being in that position.
Office visitors will only be seen with an appointment confirmed prior. Our reception will remain closed to avoid any unnecessary contact, reducing the risk to our colleagues and clients. For appointments that are confirmed we have a dedicated meeting room allowing social distancing and no interruptions, again ensuring your safety at all times.
Our 24 hour phone lines are still very much active and most staff are starting to man the offices again as of Monday 18th May, once our offices have been deep cleaned and all PPE is in place and new training has been completed.
