We hope you're all well and staying safe in this uncertain time.
We have made the decision today to allow our staff to work from home to comply with the advice and recommendation from the government with regards to COVID-19, to try and minimise risk and infection to our staff, tenants, landlords and clients.
Please continue to report any maintenance via the Taylor Walsh website www.taylorwalsh.co.uk under the LETTINGS tab, sub header MAINTENANCE.
Please also be aware that during this period we will only be able to instruct contractors for emergencies such as no heating or hot water/leaks and any maintenance not falling into this category will be dealt with as soon as this awful situation is resolved. We hope you understand and are trying to do our best to minimise the spread of this virus and adhering to social distancing and restricting contact where not absolutely necessary.
We will be asking that anyone in the household is in good health and any contractors instructed will also be asking their own questions, to try and make sure we keep everyone as safe as we can.
