If you are seeking the early termination of an existing Assured Short Hold Tenancy still within the fixed term, an agreement must reached by all parties involved (the Tenant(s), Landlord and Agent) in writing stating their consent. It must be noted that the Tenant is liable for the rent payable during the period of the existing tenancy and up until the commencement of a new agreement.
